How do I find my ring size?

Go to your nearest professional Jeweler and ask them to size you for a "comfort fit" band. Throughout the day, our fingers change in size based on the temperature, physical activity level, and other environmental factors. For this reason, we recommend getting measured more than once, if you are able, to get the best average size for your chosen finger.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, among others. 

What's the best way to care for my jewelry?

Each product ships with care instructions specific to the item, and should be followed closely to avoid unintentional damage that will not be covered by your 30-Day Limited Warranty or XtraCare extended warranty (if purchased), details of which are found on our Store Policies page.

Can I return or exchange my item?

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of Blue Birch Designs products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of rings. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please contact us to discuss your concern. We reserve the right to reject return or exchange requests for any reason.
