Delivery Timeline(s)
All Blue Birch Designs products are handmade. Our production timelines vary for each item based on many factors including but not limited to - material availability, labor availability, and order volume. Furthermore, regardless of what you have been told or what has been represented to you, ALL production timelines are merely estimates and are not guarantees. Even if you have ordered a similar product from us in the past that does not mean the timeline in that order will be the same with a new order. We will do our absolute best to get your order shipped within our current estimated timelines but by placing an order, you are acknowledging production delays may occur due to the circumstances listed above or other reasonable delays. We will do our best to notify you if any delays do occur. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order or are needing your order sooner than the current estimated timeline (i.e. for a wedding), email us at support@bluebirchdesigns.com.
Order Cancellations
Blue Birch Designs does not accept order cancellations. This policy exists because, upon receiving your order, we immediately begin the process of sourcing or preparing materials. If extenuating circumstances require you to cancel your order, please contact support@bluebirchdesigns.com with your order number.- If We choose to make an exception to Our Cancellation Policy, a materials and processing fee of 35% of the order value will be applied to the refund.
Returns/Exchanges Policy
All Blue Birch Designs products are custom, made to order, and, therefore, ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Blue Birch Designs reserves the right to deny any requests for return. Should Blue Birch Designs wish to make a return exception, a restocking fee of 35% of the order total will be retained by Blue Birch Designs to cover any materials and labor costs.
- If you receive your product and feel there is a defect or craftsmanship issue, contact us at support@bluebirchdesigns.com within 7 days of receipt.
If a return is approved, it must be shipped back in the original packaging at the buyer's expense via USPS with insurance and tracking. All goods must be in new, unused condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of any issues with your refund. If your product is found to be in a condition other than we can accept, we will contact you to discuss next steps.
If you are approved, then your refund (less 35% of the order total) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Most commonly, exchange requests are associated with incorrectly sized rings. Blue Birch Designs is not responsible for incorrectly sized rings. It is the buyer's responsibility to get professionally sized by a Jeweler for a Comfort Fit band.
By placing an order, buyer acknowledges that they have approved their selected ring size, and understands that Blue Birch Designs is not responsible for fluctuations in ring size that occur due to time of day, activity level, dietary intake, temperature, weigh gain/loss or my desire for a ring that fits more loosely/snuggly.
Any requests for resizing will necessitate that a new ring is made. This work is subject to all material/labor costs.
Blue Birch Designs reserves the right to deny all refund or exchange requests.
Warranty Information
Limitation of 30-Day Warranty Liability
Our limitation of liability associated with the Blue Birch Designs 30-Day Limited Warranty includes: (1) replacement of the Merchandise or merchandise credit equivalent to the Purchase Price as outlined in the MERCHANDISE REPLACEMENT section below or (2) the total number of all authorized repairs or services up to 1. In the event that We have met either of the above conditions (1) or (2) of the total liability, We will have fulfilled all obligations owed to You under this Warranty and this Warranty will terminate. Once our total liability is satisfied, You are responsible for any additional expenses for repairs or replacement not covered under the Warranty. We will not be liable for any cost incurred by having repairs done by another individual that is not associated with Blue Birch Designs. If you choose not to send it back to us for repairs or replacement, you are solely liable for any costs incurred.- If Blue Birch Designs cannot complete covered repairs for any reason, We reserve the option to replace the Merchandise with similar merchandise or a merchandise credit equivalent to the Purchase Price, at Our discretion. Any replacement merchandise we provide You under the Warranty will be new merchandise with equal or similar features and functionality, but, due to the handmade nature of each product, may not look identical to the replaced Merchandise. These terms expressly cover changes in the manufacturing process that result in material changes to the composition, or appearance of, each product. If We replace the Merchandise or provide a merchandise credit, You must return the Merchandise to Us and such Merchandise shall become Our property. Replacement merchandise is not covered under this Warranty; however, You have the option to purchase a new Warranty on the replacement merchandise.
- To obtain service under the Warranty, You must present the Merchandise and the original paid receipt to the Retailer’s Email Address support@bluebirchdesigns.com. In all cases, You must send us back the Merchandise to be serviced at your expense. We are the only ones that are authorized to service your Merchandise under this warranty and the warranty will be voided if you take it to someone other than us.
Limitation of 30-Day Warranty Transfer
This Warranty may not be transferred and is only for Your benefit. All holders of this Warranty are subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.
- If you purchased a product as a gift, the Warranty may be applied to the recipient of the gift, provided original proof of purchase is retained.
XtraCare Warranty
Your Obligations
You must (1) retain the original paid receipt for this product as proof of purchase and for identification of the Merchandise and (2) perform all maintenance required to keep the Merchandise in usable and wearable condition, and as provided by any instructions, warranties, or guarantees applicable to the Merchandise.
What is Covered
This warranty covers repair or replacement of the Merchandise if it fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship. All repairs shall be completed by Blue Birch Designs. We may make repairs with non-original manufacturer’s parts of like kind and quality. Due to the design or materials, some Merchandise may not allow for repair; however, that Merchandise may be eligible for a one-time replacement as outlined in the MERCHANDISE REPLACEMENT section below.
The following full list of defects covered under the Limited 30-Day Warranty should be referenced before making a claim.
- Liner separating from outside band
- Cracks or chips on material
- Defective glow on glow-based products
What is NOT Covered
- Special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, no matter the cause;
- Loss of use during the period that the Merchandise is being repaired or awaiting parts or replacement;
- Damage resulting from failure to perform required maintenance to keep the Merchandise in a usable and wearable condition or as provided by any instructions, warranties, or guarantees;
- Loss, theft, mysterious disappearance or damage resulting from loss or theft;
- Misuse or abuse;
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations made by You (meaning any modifications, alterations, repairs, or service by anyone other than Blue Birch Designs or a repair center authorized by Blue Birch Designs);
- Loss or damage due to the elements or acts of God;
- Damage covered under any insurance policy, or other warranties or service plans applicable to the Merchandise;
- Insignificant cosmetic damage that does not impede the functionality of the Merchandise;
- Service when no problem is found; and,
- Service to re-build or replace solely for the purpose of improving the Merchandise.

We will provide you with a return shipping address once we receive your warranty request via our support request page.
Warranty Transfer Limitations
This Warranty may not be transferred and is only for Your benefit. All holders of this Warranty are subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.
