I will not hold Blue Birch Designs responsible for fluctuations in ring size that occur due to time of day, activity level, dietary intake, temperature, weight gain/loss or my desire for a ring that fits more loosely/snuggly. Any requests for re-sizing will necessitate that a new ring is made. This work is subject to all material/labor costs.

Blue Birch Designs will use the same materials/techniques to make each ring, however the final product will differ, to some degree, from the sample your order is based on. Blue Birch Designs is not responsible for variations in appearance (such as color of stones, pattern of etching, etc.) and reserves the right to deny any related request for return/refund/exchange.
